Step by Step procedure for opening of account

• Please download the KYC form from the Downloads section of our website or for physical form pls contact Customer care.
• Fill up the KYC form and affix your photo, signature and attach the required documents for KYC and submit the same to our office.
• Once the KYC documents are found in order our Customer care executive will visit you to do an “In person verification” and complete the KRA formalities.
• Once the KRA approves the data, account will be opened with us and you will receive a Welcome email/kit with your Unique Client Code (UCC) and you are all set to start investing through us.

Step by Step procedure for filing of Complaint and knowing the status of the same

• Please drop an email to the Investor grievances email id compliance@crownsec.com.
• You can alternatively write a letter as well and send it to our Registered officer marked to Compliance officer.
• On receipt of complaint you will receive a unique Complaint ticket number by SMS/Email.
• If you do not receive any resolution within 7 days you can follow up by calling our Customer Care executive on 022-40690701 and give reference of your unique Complaint ticket number and get the status of your complaint.
